Vitamins for Attention Deficit

Vitamin B Complex

Vitamin B complex is helpful for concentration, clarity in thinking, stress tolerance, frustration, and easy distractibility. The University of Maryland Medical Center promotes the use of vitamin B6 in particular, as it is needed. In the production of the neurochemicals, dopamine, norepinephrine and serotonin, in the brain.
